Project

TÜV Süd IN is the cross-media employee magazine of TÜV SÜD, the globally operating testing, inspection and certification provider headquartered in Munich. Launched in 2018, the magazine consolidates the former internal publications of the company’s individual divisions into one central medium and is published as both a print and digital format. The 44-page print magazine appears four times a year in German with a circulation of 12,500 copies, while the web magazine is available in German and English. TÜV SÜD IN focuses on internationality and diversity within the organisation, connecting employees worldwide through editorial features, thematic focus issues and digital extensions. The project has received multiple international awards, including Best of Content Marketing, FOX Awards, Communicator Awards, International Corporate Media Awards and others.

As Art Director, I worked on the visual and editorial execution of TÜV SÜD IN. My role included extensive layout work, developing clear visual structures, and translating editorial content into coherent visual storytelling across print and digital formats. I researched, selected and briefed illustrators and photographers, and shaped text-heavy content into accessible, visually structured narratives, ensuring consistency, clarity and a unified visual language throughout the magazine.
